CHEESEY HERB DIP
1 cup of pine nuts
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon fresh minced
1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh minced
Place all ingredients in the food process fitted with the 'S' blade and process until smooth and creamy. If using fresh herbs, add the minced herbs after all is processed and just pulse to mix.
