Patient's Testimony - I have been visiting Chiropractors for 20 years with severe lower back and neck pains, the Dr. would adjust me every two weeks. I couldn't paint, do yardwork or even scrub my shower stall without hurting myself, I'd lift a bag of mulch, then get adjusted, go golfing, get an adjustment, it was an ongoing treatment. I moved to Florida in Sept. and found a house which needed a little work, within two days, I could barely move my body without pain. The sweeping, scubbing and lifting of boxes was too much for me, I was living on aspirin and ibuprofen. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Johnson and being a firm believer of Chiropractic medicine, I made my appointment. In walks this bright, cheerful little lady humming a Disney tune and proceeds to chat while feeling my neck. I was totally at ease but unaware of the unconventional treatment....there were no adjustment tables where they bend you out of place and jump on you, it was a calming treatment while lying on my back. It's been a little over six months since I found my miracle Angel Doctor and I have never in my life been so pain free...I am doing yardwork, hauling bags of rocks, painting, lifting furniture and actually bending over to scrub my shower. I have no ibuprofen in my house, there's no need. My office visits are now a month apart and even that isn't necessary. I told her about my acid reflex problem and even that was solved, no more Nexium or Zantacs......I can eat pizza, ribs, hot dogs without any heartburn. This is one unbelievable Doctor...I never thought I could be so active and not have pain. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back, the staff is cheerful, it's just a great place. I wake up every morning and am thankful of finding Dr. Johnson. You are totally awesome!!!!!!!

The technique used at Angelic Chiropractic & Health Services, Inc. is called Sacro Occipital Technique or SOT. This is considered a full body technique in that we adjust the entire spine, extremities, organs and cranium. What the doctor adjusts is determined by neurological indicators found on your body, in other word, you have tight, swollen or tender spots that tell us what needs to be worked on. The joints in your arms and legs can go out of alignment just as easily as your spine. Many people come to us with a diagnosis of bursitis, tendonitis or arthritis. That simply means that the bursa (a fluid sac), the tendon or a joint are inflamed. The cause of the inflammation is usually a joint that is not moving correctly. An adjustment of the offending area can frequently remove the problem quickly. Craniopathy is a specialized chiropractic technique that moves the cranial bones. Your head is made up of several plate-like bones that incase your brain (80% of your nervous system). When these bones are out of alignment, they pull on the membrane that surrounds your brain causing dysfunction. SOT trained chiropractors treat the entire body and do organ adjustments such as manually pump lungs and livers and lift dropped kidneys and bladders. These are time honored chiropractic techniques that in years gone by were referred to as bloodless surgery. Your body heals itself if it is aware of a problem. CMRT makes the body aware of the problem so the healing process can begin. Frequently, a dysfunctioning organ will need nutritional or herbal support.
