Chari ( pronounced Sh R' E ) Born in Iceland, raised in Montana. She met Michael in Hawaii and they raised their two kids in California and Oregon. They moved to Florida in '96. The four of them built their home in '01 and their Gramma's dream home in Montana in '05. Chari's life has been filled with adventure, passion, laughter, gratitude, with the love of Jesus. Sailing a Cal-34 in Hawaii or skiing the slopes of the Great North West. Flying with her father in his Grumman Cheetah or walking 800 miles in 40 days across the state of California (California Prayer Walk). Home schooling her children or attending Bible College. Riding her horses in rodeo queen competition or racing them in Endurance Races. The whole family joined a Missions Aviation Ministry flying the Jesus Film into Honduras in a DC-3. She loves to run and has competed in sprint triathlons and 5K races. In June '04, she made a lifestyle change to a diet of only Raw Plant-based foods. Chari lost 30 lbs of excess weight, rid herself of 32 years of severe PMS cramps, 23 years of adult acne, and the In August '07, she and Michael were both diagnosed with cancer. They found an alternative approach not available in the U.S. Michael and Chari left for Quito, Ecuador September '07 and spent 6 weeks under the care of Dr. Robert Wickman. Now cancer free, they continue in their God is the love of her life. He has been with her in a very real way since she was a little girl in Bozeman, Montana. She was introduced to Him during a Christian music concert at Bogart Park one summer evening. He has been with her through life's challenges and struggles. He is her strength, her healer, her provider, her joy, her everything. Life is God! He blessed her with a good man with a heart of gold. Michael is her soul-mate and very best friend. She was given two gifts named Nick & Brooke, their two adult children now. They have been through many "Family times and Character building" experiences in their adventures with God. Incorporating chiropractic into her health regime was another turning point in her life. She was a patient with Dr. Bernice for over a year before being added to the Angelic family as a chiropractic assistant. She loves Dr. B, the staff, the patients, and all she is learning and doing.
